Taylor and Daniel’s wedding at Green Door Gourmet was an absolute pleasure to photograph. The day was perfect, and the people were the best!
We arrived shortly before it was Taylor’s turn to sit in the hair chair. Taylor and her bridesmaids woke early to begin the getting ready process, and there were plenty of Starbucks and mimosas to go around! Most of Taylor’s bridesmaids traveled down from Chicago area for their friend’s wedding, and they made the day so special with stories, memories, and some sweet tears.
Taylor gave her bridesmaids beautiful robes to wear during the getting ready process.
Each bridesmaid wore a blush or cream colored dress that they picked themselves. Their muted bouquets with pops of color helped to tie everything together; a perfect choice for a spring wedding!
This was our first time shooting a wedding at Green Door Gourmet and we absolutely loved it. We found plenty of nooks and gems for photo opportunities. A few of our favorites were the big, open field, a few rustic farm areas, and the flower garden.
Even the guys had some variation in their outfits.
Taylor and Daniel got married at a church just around the corner. They did not have a first look, so the ceremony became extra special- full of family love, prayers, and a live band.
For their big church exit, the couple got doused in lavender.
Once we arrived at Green Door Gourmet, we started on bridal party pictures and got some amazing bride and groom photos at sunset.
Taylor and Daniel personalized the Green Door Gourmet Barn in quirky country-chic decor.
The reception was truly a celebration of love, laughter, and plenty of fun!
